Course objectives
Course extends basic lecture on fungal phylogeny and aims at macroscopic fungi. It represents theoretical counterpart of mycological practicals, which are focused primarily on determination. The course is designated preferrably for students who want to improve their knowledge in higher fungi.
Learning outcomes
Student at the end of the course:
- knows traditional and modern classification of higher fungi,
- understands the evolutionary relationships among macromycetes, characteristics of particular groups,
- is familiar with the main representatives and their importance.
Syllabus
