- Course objectives
- The goal of the course is the training of scientific cooperation on selected task. At the end of the course the students team prepares the report on this task.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will be able:
- studying biological principles behind the data analysis problem
- practical data analysis of unknown datset (description of limitations, statistical description, statistical hypothesis testing)
- teamwork in data analysis
- presentation of data analysis results - Syllabus
- The students tasks on data analysis will be selected from the following fields: cardiology, oncology, epidemiology, clinical trials, biodiversity.
