Prerequisites
The students show be of basic knowledge of protein and nucleic acid structures, have background at the level of 2nd-4th semester of the bachelor grade of non-physical field in thermodynamics, mathematics, chemistry and physics.

After passing the course the students should be able to - describe the selected spectroscopical techniques and explain their interpretation - use these techniques for studying biopolymers
