Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the practical aspects of working in the water industry. During the excursions, the students get to see how the water is abstracted and treated.
Learning outcomes
The student acquires knowledge of:
- exploitation objects operation;
- water treatment operation;
- waste water treatment operation;
- operation of local (domestic) water treatment plants.

Assessment methods
Participation in at least 2/3 of the excursion, preparation of a worksheet on the visited sites.

Due to the necessary participation in the field trips, it is not possible to take the course in an alternative form.
