Hello, I would like to know payment status. It is shown that paid but online card shows not received?

Dear Mr. Narziev,

you chose to pay your application number 3990866 by a bank transfer. The bank transfer usually takes around 5 working days to be recieved (for payments from abroad, it might take even longer). If you sent the payment over 2 weeks ago and we still did not recieve it, please contact me at prihlaska@muni.cz and send me the payment confirmation document from your bank. Thank you.
