Introduction
This atlas is an e-learning material primarily intended for students of the Clinical Embryology educational program at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University (Czech Republic).
It contains a collection of previously unpublished photographs and videos of human oocytes and early embryos conceived through in vitro fertilization.
The goal of this work is to illustrate the morphological variability of female germ cells and embryos, and to capture the dynamics of pre-implantation development.
Unless otherwise stated in the photo or video captions, the image material was provided by Reprofit International (Brno, Czech Republic) and IVF Clinic (Olomouc, Czech Republic). Special thanks go to all contributors who are helping build this open-source educational resource aimed at advancing knowledge in human reproduction.
