- Course objectives
- Introduction to reading Greek texts in dialect; basic information about the relationship of ancient Greek dialects and their gradual integration into various types of koine and the origin of the literary language (except for Homeric); reading and language analysis of selected sections of literary works written in dialects other than Attic.
- Syllabus (in Czech)
- Úvod do četby řeckých nářečních textů. Obsahem budou jednak základní informace o členění starořeckých dialektů a jejich postupné integraci v různé druhy koiné a o vzniku literárních jazyků (s výjimkou homérského), jednak četba a jazykový výklad vybraných partií z literárních děl psaných jiným dialektem než attičtinou (zvl. Alkaios, Sapfó, Hérodotos) a z neattických nápisů - referáty o charakteristických rysech jednotlivých řeckých nářečních skupin.
