Course objectives
The aim of the subject are following:
Teaching correct techniques of force exercises, diagnostics of errors and their correction
Familiarization with aids used in conditioning training and group fitness classes (fitness balance equipment: fitball, overball, bosu, elastic bands….)
To get acquainted with the base terminology with fitness equipment
Learning outcomes
After course the student will be able to:
Perform the correct technique of force exercises, diagnostics of errors and their correction
Form the list of exercises with the fitness equipment for different muscles of the body
Know the base terminology of physical exercises with fitness equipment

  • Concentric exercises with free resistance isolated
  • Concentric exercises with free resistance multi-articulated
  • Concentric exercises with own weight isolated
  • Concentric exercises with own weight multi-articulated
  • Concentric exercises with expanders insulated

  • Excentric exercises with free resistance isolated

  • The base terminology of physical exercises with fitness equipment
  • Main principles of exercises with fitness equipment (balance fitness equipment, elastic bands…)
