- the technique of all taught activities (inline skating, running, cycling, walking with sticks),
- a methodical series of teaching activities,
- the most common mistakes when practicing individual activities,
- with the possibility of including the given activities in sport training, as well as in the exercise program of the individual.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able to: - appropriately include the taught physical activities in sports training and the exercise program of the individual,
- to recommend the intensity and volume of given activities for different population groups,
- explain the correct technique of running, cycling, roller skating, and Nordic walking,
- evaluate the technique of the taught activities and recommend its correction as an injury prevention,
- create, implement, optimize, and evaluate a training program for different population groups with specific demands
- orient yourself to the possibilities of using modern technologies as part of the movement preparation of all taught physical activities.
Syllabus
  • 1. Basics of the biomechanics of the taught movement activities.
  • 2. Technique of taught movement activities.
