Course objectives
Creation of free reports, the development of gymnastics skills and creativity. Consistency of movement with music in the exercises without equipment. Basics techniques and exercises with cones rope. Basics techniques of classical dance in to rhytmic gymnastics.

  • Fundamentals of technology training with his furniture (jump rope, cone)
  • Developing fine motoric using the equipment
  • Basics techniques of classical dance
  • Making variations and combinations with the music draft
