Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: the improvement of locomotive abilities and fitness, the impact on positive approach towards sports activities, the support of students healthy lifestyle. Bosu is a bodybuilding aerobic training which uses balance sports aids. Bosu helps to keep the posture, move coordination and balance which is vital everyvhere in sports, sports performances or rehabilitation.The exercise focuses on all muscular parts, it quickly, safely and comprehensively practises all the muscular systems and muscular chains.
Syllabus
  • 1. Training of correct techniques of exercising on bossu 2. Putting particular exercises into aerobic blocks 3. Training of correct bodybuiulding techniques on bossu 4. Training of balance exercises on bossu 5. Stretching

Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
