- Course objectives
- The aim of subject is to educate students about planning and periodization of conditional training in selected games, swimming sports, gymnastic, crossfit, martial sports, cycling and risks sports.
- Learning outcomes
- After successfull completion student will be able to:
- to define basic of sport perfomance factors in mass sports
- to interprete basic of conditional training in sport games
- to do plans of conditional training in different sport games
