The course is geared for paid PE only.
Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
Total body training is a body building interval or circuit aerobic training with music usually divided into 6-12 stands (bosu, steps, fitballs, overballs, rubber band, dumbbells, etc.). Exercise focused on main muscle parts is usually chosen intercut with aerobic exercise to keep the adequate intensity.
In the course, other forms of exercises are used, such as power step, tabata and body-styling.

  • 1. The practice of correct techniques of bodybuilding exercises using the weight of your own body
  • 2. The practice of correct techniques of bodybuliding exercises using various sports aids
  • 3. Body building of the main muscle groups
  • 4. Stretching

Teaching methods
practise exercises The course will be taught in the form of full-time teaching and also STREAMED teaching - according to seminar groups in the CUS schedule.
Assessment methods
- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
