- Course objectives
- After going through the subject, the student is well versed in the latest conception of HR management, is capable of applying the theoretical principles of recruitment, selection, allocation , motivation and remuneration, training and redundancy of employees in safety sectors. The student is also able to explain the importance of dealing with HR management, and to point out why are the human resources considered to be the factor of competitive advantage in the European Union.
