- Course objectives
- The course focuses on teaching downhill skiing. After successful completion of the course the student should:
- demonstrate knowledge of boating and cornering techniques, the history of skiing
- distinguish appropriate and inappropriate ski equipment
- demonstrate the four elements of the art of downhill skiing.
Lesson one element descending and cornering (carving curve) will take place on short skis (130 cm). - Segments making up the course

- - Arch of Přívrat higher deposit
- - Basic parallel arc
- - Carving arch - Arch of the slope

- jointed arches, refresher exercises.
