- At the end of the course students should be able to:
-manage theoretically the basic psychological approaches to health in relation to the paradigm of harmonic balance of personality
-learn and practically apply and recommend particular coping strategies
-increase their frustration tolerance in the area of sports movement activities - Syllabus
