Course objectives
The object of the course is to characterize communism in the Czech Republic. Its traditions, the structure of communist and post-communist political spectrum and the forms of the impact of communist subjects will be described and analysed. Attention will be paid to problems of the relationships between society and communism, anticommunism and legal aspects of communism in the Czech Republic.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Kurz je zakončen zkouškou. Pro připuštění ke zkoušce je nutné odevzdat seminární práci, která bude vyučujícím uznána za způsobilou a získat alespoň 20 ze 30 bodů za aktivní účast na třech seminářích (10 bodů za každý seminář). Na seminář si musí studenti připravit vlastní přípravu, která bude mít rozsah min. 3.600 znaků a která bude jejich podkladem pro seminární diskusi. Tuto přípravu vzápětí po skončení semináře odevzdají vyučujícímu je nezbytná k bodovému hodnocení. Zkouška proběhne formou písemného testu, v němž bude nutné získat alespoň 15 z 25 bodů (A: 25-24 b., B: 23-22 b., C: 21-19 b., D: 18-17 b., E: 16-15 b., F: 14-0 b.).
