- Course objectives
- The goal of the course is to make students familiar with the evolution of the American foreign policy in the 20th century.

- Introduction. Organization of the Course 1. Evolution of the American Foreign Policy since the end of the 18th century to 1918 2. American Foreign Policy between Two World Wars (USA and WW II - readings) 3. Truman Administration 4. Eisenhower Administration 5. Kennedy and Johnson Administrations 6. Nixon Administration 7. Ford Administration 8. Carter Administration 9. Reagan Administration 10.-11. The U. S. Foreign Policy of the 90s. 12.Final Test

- Výuka probíhá ve formě přednášek a seminářů. Kurs je ukončen zápočtem. Podmínkou jeho získání je odevzdání seminární práce na zadané téma a úspěšné absolvování závěrečného zápočtového testu.
