- Course objectives
- This course pursues on gradual expansion of teaching of quantitative research. Its aim is to introduce students with the R program, which is used in the field of science for basic as well as very advanced data analysis techniques. No previous experience with R is required to complete the course, but it is desirable that students have an overview of the basic terms used in the methodology (research questions, hypotheses, variables, operationalization, etc.). The course will provide students with two areas of knowledge. First, students will gain a basic orientation in the R program and learn to use its functions. Second, students will be able to implement selected statistical operations in the R program, which they will use in the further course of study and in writing their final theses.
