Frontal teaching method with the personal participation of students in the faculty building, during which an initial mandatory consultation is carried out, including the definition of the issues and systematics, key concepts and institutes, including the assignment of the end of the course.
Synchronous form through three continuous mandatory group consultations implemented in MS Teams environment, methods implemented will include group learning, critical thinking, logical reasoning, application of theoretical concepts to examples. The emphasis will be on providing feedback, not on frontal teaching.
Asynchronous form (individual guided self-study) realized from the supplied materials in the IS (study texts and interactive materials, e.g. continuous practice).
Assessment methods
The written exam has two parts:
1) a closed-response test. The test part of the examination is a theoretical knowledge test consisting of ten questions which may include the solution of practical examples. Each question has four answers, and all the correct answers must be marked correctly (all, one, two or three responses may be correct) to pass the question and be awarded a mark. The purpose of the examination is to test the ability to remember the concepts necessary for orientation in the legal system, to recognise the features of the legal system, to use the concepts of legal theory and to apply the principles of the legal system.
2) Solve two examples. The practical part of the exam consists of two examples for students to solve. Each answer is scored from 0 to 5 points. This part of the exam tests students' ability to apply theoretical concepts to practical issues and solve practical problems using legal theory.
The exam is 30 minutes and consists of written tick-box exercises in the classroom (closed-response test) and written open-ended solutions to examples (practical part of the exam).
A maximum of 20 points may be obtained in total, with a minimum of 0 points. (18-20 points = A; 15-17 points = B; 13-14 points = C; 11-12 points = D; 9-10 points = E; 0-8 points = F)
