- The course provides with brief overview of international environmental treaty law and the Czech national legislation in the field of environmental protection. It is aimed at selected environmental problems and legal instruments that are applicable at the international, EC and national level.

Czech environmental law (CEL) - regulatory structure, sources of the law, environmental decision-making, system of authorities. Environment and the Czech Constitution. 3. International treaties in the field of air protection. CEL - Air protection. 4. Ozone layer protection, global climate change. 5. International treaties in the field of inland water protection. 6. CEL - Inland water protection. 7. International treaties in the field of the cultural heritage of mankind and nature protection. 8. CEL - Nature protection. 9.
