- Course objectives
- The course focuses on the subjects of Roman law. It also focuses on family law including the social and religious aspects, the aspect of property and others.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students will be able to;
Characterize the subjects of Roman law;
Explain the development of Roman family in the historical context;
Interpret the differences between the family of civil law and family of the law of magistrates;
Describe the importance of a family from the social and legal perspective, including the perspective of property; - Syllabus
