Cíle předmětu
Actual issues on legal methods. Presentations of recent, actual or running legal researches. The course offers an multidisciplinary approach to legal research. Except of core doctrinal legal science or normativist theories (Reine Rechtslehre), legal research - especially empiric approaches - use other methods rather than methods developed by classical legal science (doctrine).
Výstupy z učení
After successfully completing course, student is able to:
- Design specific research in law;
- Use multidisciplinary methods in legal research;
- Compare legal research and research in other similar disciplines;
- Compare different legal methods and use them in legal research;
- Analyze law in broader social context.
