- Course objectives
- The subject covers clarification of fundamental issues of treaty interpretation according to Art. 31 and 32 of the 1969 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties. First and foremost, the different methods of interpretation will be scrutinised as textual, systematic, teleological, functional, dynamic or comparative interpretation. The further parts will be paid to analysis of case law.
