- Course objectives
- This subject intends to provide students with the survey of public international law, including details on general and particular parts. Elements covered by specialized subjects are excluded.
- Learning outcomes
- - Student will be able to gain a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of international law, namely subjects, sources, international responsibility and territorial regimes. - student will be able to identify the controversial points regarding the above issues. - Student will be able to critically think on the above issues . . Student will understand wider legal background for subjects, sources, international responsibility and territorial regimes

- 1. Specificities of International Law as a particular legal system. 2. Subjects and sources. 3. Legal regimes of particular territories (state territory, sea, space etc.). 4. Rsponsibility and enforcement in international law.
