- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce students to the problems of the legislative process of preparing laws, especially in the area of financial law. The student will be acquainted with the procedure of drafting the bill, with comment procedure, work of the Government Office, working commissions of the Legislative Council of the Government and the Legislative Council. The student will be acquainted with the preparation of the report and draft opinion of the Legislative Council.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course the student will:
- understand the drafting of legislation, particularly in the field of financial law;
- participate in the comment procedure;
- work with explanatory memorandum;
- understand the implementation process;
- to use the knowledge from the legislative process to realize the dissertation topic. - Syllabus
