Course objectives
The aim of the course is to further acquaint students with PIL doctrine and from the point of view of the historical point. At the end of the course students should be able to understand the historic context of PIL. He should be able to anályse the specific institute from the historical context.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
Po ukončení předmětu student bude schopen: - vysvětlit dějiny mezinárodního práva soukromého a jeho doktríny - uchopit jednotlivé vývojové fáze tzv. moderního mezinárodního práva soukromého - uchopit rozdílný vývoj mezinárodního práva soukromého v kontinentální Evropě a v USA
