Course objectives
Study of primary sources and secondary literature in the area of PhD students’ scholarly specialization. At regular meetings with the tutor, or, eventually, with other relevant scholars (the meetings take place as frquently as needed but minimally once each semester), PhD students regularly consult pieces of knowledge, current news, recent findings, and methodological approaches in their field of study, as well as knowledge obtained during internships and traineeships abroad. The subject is recommended during the first two years of study.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to do research of the sources relevant for their thesis
The student will be able to perform exegesis on these sources.
He/She will also be able to characterize the interconnectedness of sources and political development.
