Course objectives
It is a theoretical profiling subject. Its aim is to prepare students theoretically for the performance of the medical rescue profession, a member of the emergency rescue service team or the hospital emergency department team for the activities set out in Decree No. 55/2011.
Learning outcomes
The student will have the theoretical knowledge necessary for the practical implementation of all the performance announcements.
Syllabus
  • Theoretical foundations for the topic:
  • Deepening knowledge in the area of adults and children, including the basics of pharmacotherapy.
  • Personnel distribution / occupation at CPR.
  • Performing defibrillation, basics of pharmacotherapy, including AED.
  • Diagnosis and treatment of bleeding wounds and internal bleeding, procedures for hemorrhagic-hypovolemic shock.
  • Diagnosis and treatment of unconscious, traumatic and non-traumatic etiology (hypoglycemia, epilepsy, hypeglycemia, head trauma), differential diagnosis of unconsciousness.
  • Collapse states, states of confusion.
  • Childhood constipation, convulsions (status epilepticus, febrile convulsions)
  • Injuries and external forces (burns and burns, overheating / frostbite, frostbite / cold, electric shock, diving accidents, etc.)

  • Childhood constipation, convulsions (status epilepticus, febrile convulsions)
  • Injuries and external forces (burns and burns, overheating / frostbite, frostbite / cold, electric shock, diving accidents, etc.)

Course objectives
It is a theoretical profiling subject. Its aim is to prepare students theoretically for the performance of the medical rescue profession, a member of the emergency rescue service team or the hospital emergency department team for the activities set out in Decree No. 55/2011.
Learning outcomes
The student will have the theoretical knowledge necessary for the practical implementation of all the performance announcements.
Syllabus
  • Theoretical foundations for the topic:
  • Deepening knowledge in the area of adults and children, including the basics of pharmacotherapy.
  • Personnel distribution / occupation at CPR.
  • Performing defibrillation, basics of pharmacotherapy, including AED.
  • Diagnosis and treatment of bleeding wounds and internal bleeding, procedures for hemorrhagic-hypovolemic shock.
  • Diagnosis and treatment of unconscious, traumatic and non-traumatic etiology (hypoglycemia, epilepsy, hypeglycemia, head trauma), differential diagnosis of unconsciousness.
  • Collapse states, states of confusion.
  • Childhood constipation, convulsions (status epilepticus, febrile convulsions)
  • Injuries and external forces (burns and burns, overheating / frostbite, frostbite / cold, electric shock, diving accidents, etc.)

Course objectives
Emergency medicine for medical rescuers is a profiling theoretical and practical subject. Its aim is to prepare students both theoretically and practically for the profession of medical rescuer, member of the emergency rescue service team or hospital urgent hospital team.
Learning outcomes
The student will know the principles of pre-hospital emergency care by emergency medical service teams in the field and the follow-up emergency care during the care of individuals and groups of patients / patients.
Syllabus
  • Theoretical basics for the topic:
  • The technique of basic emergency resuscitation with the use of barrier aids and, above all, extended emergency resuscitation with the use of recommended medicaments, aids and instrumentation.
  • Management of special, alternative techniques to ensure vital functions. solution of all urgent, life-threatening conditions in both adults and children in the pre-hospital and early hospital phase, all in accordance with the recommended procedures of the Society of Emergency Medicine and Disaster Medicine, as well as other professional companies dealing with urgent conditions such as cardiology, neurological, and others.

Course objectives
Student will: Informed about the history and development of the emergency medical services field Emergency and Disaster Medicine in our country and the world; • familiarization with the position and role of emergency medical services in the rescue system with the organization of the provision of pre-hospital emergency care the exit groups with land and air resources; • Know the development of early hospital emergency care, urgent role of income in the Czech Republic; • Able to compare the organizational charts of different systems to ensure pre-hospital emergency care in our country and the world; • Knowing the care provided by teams of emergency medical services in the field and follow-up care at the inputs of hospitals, the emergency department of revenue, in the treatment of individuals and groups.
Syllabus
  • The technique basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation with the use of barrier devices and expanded emergency resuscitation with the recommended drug products, equipment and instrumentation. • Coping special, alternative techniques to ensure vital functions. • Methodology solutions to all urgent or life conditions in adults and children in the prehospital and early hospital phase, all in keeping with best practices Society for Emergency and Disaster Medicine, as well as other professional societies to address urgent conditions, such as cardiac, neurological, trauma surgery and more.
Teaching methods

Assessment methods
Completion: oral examination, test, attendance, active participation in the discussion, participation in the exercise of the integrated rescue system.
