Course objectives
The aim of the course is to supplement and expand knowledge about exercise examination and physical therapy in internal medicine, it deals with physical therapy of patients with diseases of internal organs at the patient's bedside and in outpatient care. Exercise therapy is an integral part of the treatment of patients with endocrine diseases - diabetes mellitus, obesity, other endocrinological patients, patients with metabolic syndrome, rheumatic diseases, deepening knowledge in special respiratory physiotherapy for acute life-threatening conditions and patients with other diseases, especially lung diseases, in kidney disease and chronic renal failure and other internal diseases.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to work in specialized workplaces of internal medicine with acute and chronic manifestations of the disease and perform movement therapy in patients with diseases of internal organs at the patient's bedside and in outpatient care, as well as in patients with endocrine diseases - diabetes mellitus, obesity, endocrinological patients. , in patients with metabolic syndrome, rheumatological diseases, deepening knowledge in special respiratory physiotherapy in acute life - threatening conditions, in patients with other diseases, especially lung diseases, kidney diseases and chronic renal failure and other internal diseases.
