Course objectives
The block-based course provides fundamental information about the principles of the Ludmila Mojžíšová method.
It gives students an understanding of the possibilities for practical application of the Ludmila Mojžíšová method in their future professional practice.
The course is designed so that, by the end, the student is able to apply elements of mobilization techniques according to Mojžíšová in patients with vertebrogenic difficulties.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
understand the possibilities for practical application of the Ludmila Mojžíšová method in their future practice, apply elements of this method in adult patients.
Syllabus
  • Causes of gynecological symptoms, menstrual cycle disorders, infertility, and treatment options.
  • The therapeutic system of the Mojžíšová method: principles of the method.
  • Assessment of functional musculoskeletal disorders according to the Mojžíšová method.
  • Kinesiological examination.
  • Functional disorders in the pelvic area, sacroiliac joint blockages, SI displacement and its relation to cranial joints – CC and CB syndrome, functional disorders in the lumbar spine; management of pelvic dysfunction – explanation of interrelations, the deep spinal stabilization system and pelvic floor function.
  • Rib and thoracic spine blockages, and chain muscular spasms. Exercise session based on the Ludmila Mojžíšová method.
  • Clinical practice: patient examination and therapy; practical application of mobilization techniques.
  • Exercise instruction according to the Mojžíšová method.
