Course objectives

Basic economic terms, microeconomy, macroeconomy. Gross national product, economic growth. Economic issues of these days.

Syllabus (in Czech)

Co je ekonomie? Pozitivní a normativní ekonomie. Ekonomické faktory. Ekonomické systémy. Ekonomie a ekologie. Ekonomické myšlení: klasická ekonomie, neoklasická ekonomie, keynesiánská ekonomie, monetarismus. Nové ekonomické školy. České ekonomické myšlení. Makroekonomie: cíle a nástroje, hospodářská politika. Ekonomická transformace.
