- Course objectives
- The objective of the course is to learn besic experimental methods in current physics. Mainly methods of diffraction and reflection, optical reflectrometry and elipsometry, atomic force microscopy, Hall efect and work in clean rooms.

- . Reflectometry measurement of thin layer thickness.

- . Microelectronics in a clean room and principles of photolithography

- Presentations by professionals in the sectors Student has to present 2 tested protocols. O verall classification is detemined by the grades of individual protocols. Testing of protocols is by the agreement with the lecturer of apropriate task.
