- Course objectives
- Genres of the childrens literature. The development of the genres and their representatives in the childrens and juvenile literature. The subject is divided in children literature and juvenile literature, elementary characterization. Authors of the very beginning of the childrens literature to the the present times, their life and work in different genres. The history of the german juvenile literature from the Middle Ages to the end of the 20th century.

- Childrens lyrics. Nursery rhyme. Reflexive lyrics, Nonsens poetry. Riddles and theri development. Picture book, comics. Illustration in the childrens literature and the important illustrators. The realistic juvenile novel. 2. world war as the topic in the juvenile literature. Fantastic story and fantasy, elementary signs and differences. Magazindes for children and theri history.
