- Course objectives
- At the and of the course student could be acquint well in convention. Student can well communicate, by phone too.Student couldt be acquint in concention terminology. This course afford them orientation in dress code. The purpose of course is obtain an abstract of dinning convention and behavior in different situation.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student will be able to correctly maintain in all basic social situations, he will be able to to characterize the basic principles of the Social Protocol. The student will be able to communicate correctly - both verbally and by phone. The student will correctly orientate in nomenclature and abbreviations used in social communication. At the end of this course the student will be able to apply the acquired knowledge to different types of events in both working and private environments.
