Prerequisites
The intermediate student (Level B1) can understand the main ideas of texts on both concrete and abstract topics, including discussions in his/her field of specialisation. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party.

Course objectives
Practical language lessons. Reading comprehension tasks. Written assignments. Discussions. Practical lesson demonstration for future basic school pupils based on the studied subjects (incl. lesson plans, hand outs,visuals, teaching aids, etc.).

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Výuka je seminární, ukončená zápočtem. Požadavky k zápočtu: 1. úspěšně absolvovaný písemný test vycházející z probrané látky (minimáůní úspěšnost je 70%), 2. aktivní účast na seminářích, 3. prezentace vybraného tématu nebo referát během semestru.
