Course objectives
Cílem předmětu je osvojit si rytmické a kondiční gymnastické činnosti s hudbou a tanec odpovídající osnovám 1. - 5. ročníku s případnou nástavbou.
Syllabus
  • 1. Basic concepts related to dance, music and rhytmical conduct and equipment used, names of the dances, basic musically-motorical relations. 2. Safety and hygiene guideleines focusing on apt gear and shoes for rhytmics and dance. 3. Perception and feeling of the rhythm, body and body-parts movements in the particular exercises, changes of positions, tempo and rhythm, exercises with tools and musical conduct, basic dance steps and folk dances.

Seminář je ukončen zápočtem po splnění následujících požadavků: docházka, sestava se švihadlem, znalost základních tanečních kroků, nácvik lidového tance.
