Course objectives
In this seminar students are to thoroughly practice their theoretical knowledge of grammar in a set of excercises where they confront phenomena in Russian and Czech language, taking into account the role of interference during the proces of learning a foreign language.In seminars students start off with the basics of Russian morphology, then they advance to rules and phenomena that cause common mistakes, so as to eliminate the negative effects of interference. Students should also enhance their vocabulary, including common-life expressions.

  • The Verbs. Tense, aspect, modality. Active and passive voices. Verbal adjectives. The Adverbs. The Prepositions. The Conjunctions. The Interjection. Comparison.

Teaching methods
Students work up homework and within an individual work they elaborate lexical excercises and essays during the study. Students work individually and they also cooperate in group projects. They continuously read Russian texts.
Assessment methods
Requirement to the credit: 1. Regular active participation; homeworks. 2. Encompassment of written credit test.

General note: Pokud se přihlásí méně než 10 studentů, výuka se nebude konat. Studenti mohou chodit do odpovídajících předmětů katedry ruského jazyka a literatury.
