- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to stimulate students' interest in the issue of personnel management in enterprises and organizations. Students will be familiar with basic concepts in the field, and examples, case studies are familiar with certain procedures in personnel practices. Contents of the course consists of ten selected issues from the issue of personnel management in organizations. Students will gain an overview of the basic areas of personnel management issues in organizations. The lectures will become familiar with modern trends in the field of personnel management. The odds are also examples of the world's leading companies, which are pioneers in the field of human resource management. Marginally be mentioned peculiarities of human resources management in small organizations.

- Teaching methods
- The class consits of a self-preparation done by student at home and a consultation held at the faculty. For each consultation student is obliged to review given topics (theoretical preparation). In the class the information is delivered in the form of a lecture joined with discussions or solving a case study. The student is obliged to hand-in two assignments during the semester.
- Assessment methods
- Two essays of the above topics in the range of 2 pages to 6 pages and presentation of it.
