- Course objectives
- At the end of this course the student will be able to: explain a basic overview of the history of land transport vehicles and conditions provide an overview of the organization of transport systems in CR and abroad and create a hierarchical system of comparison systems. Recognize the characteristics of the current transport technology.
- Syllabus
- A brief syllabus: The history of road transport and transport equipment. Czech Industry and global transport of terms of history. Restaurátorství historic vehicles. Shipping. General problems of organization of transport. Land transport systems in the Czech Republic and foreign comparisons. Sustainable land transport, and its borders. Contemporary technical and electronic systems to optimize performance vehicles. Active and passive vehicle safety. Design of vehicles as a factor of safety, functionality and aesthetics. Design options in connection with the new materials. Contemporary design trends and their holders.
