Course objectives
Student will become acquainted with the specific methods and procedures for working with children in Russian. Students will be advised by professional literature, will be acquainted with specific activities, theoretical and practical procedures for activities in Russian language. Student will be able to apply this knowledge within their own short presentations in teaching. In group activity, students will design and discuss possible methodologies for selected language activities.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course the student will be able to apply a number of methodological procedures and strategies suitable for Russian-language activities that he / she learned and practiced during the course.

  • 3-4. Framework education program for preschool education. Foreign language.
  • 5-6. Common European Framework of Reference.
  • 7-8. Element of the game and its use in foreign language activities.
  • 9.-10. Methods and forms of work.
  • 11. Positive and negative transfer, interference.
  • 12. Specifics of work in Russian-language activities.

Teaching methods
Consultation. Students are independently prepared to be consulted in the form of home study of compulsory literature. They will individually prepare a presentation and a micro-output based on the electronic support in the IS for the subject.
