Course objectives
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the subject is to introduce a specific method of active learning, technology and strategy, built into a interconnected system directly applicable in the teaching of history. Students will actively work with various types of the texts (e.g. sources, professional literature, textbooks for primary schools). Their task will be to find out how a specific historical event can be interpreted on the basis of working with the text and how this procedure can be used in the teaching of history.
Learning outcomes
The student is able to develop the skills of reading, writing, discussing, arguing while studying the field of history.

  • Methods developing skills of critical evaluation of information. Work with various types of the texts (e.g. sources, professional literature, textbooks for primary schools).
