Cíle předmětu
The aim of the course is to provide students with a theoretical basis for the assessment and evaluation of pupil outcomes and their learning process, with an emphasis on formative assessment; to understand the advantages and disadvantages of different forms of assessment; and to apply the acquired knowledge in practice in the evaluation of pupil outcomes and their learning process.
Výstupy z učení
On completion of the course, students will: - understand how to formulate learning objectives and create criteria for evaluating the outcome, - assess students' knowledge, analyse it and select appropriate objectives and criteria for assessment and the type of assessment, - apply it to their own practice, critically assessing the appropriateness of selected procedures, - in the process of reflection, they will consider the impact of the chosen procedure on the student's learning and on the formation of his/her knowledge and seek alternative procedures for further steps in their own teaching. • introduces basic legislation related to the diagnostic role of the assistant teacher.
Osnova
1)The importance of feedback for students' personal development. 2)Definition of the basic types of assessment, linking evaluation and assessment to the school concept. 3)Formative assessment and the personal development of the student. 4)Three pillars of formative assessment: working with learning objectives, assessment criteria and descriptive feedback. 5)Diversity of forms of assessment and their use in practice. 6)Student self-assessment as an essential part of assessment for learning. 7)Comprehensive developmental assessment: assessment for learning.

Metody hodnocení
1) active participation in the course, 2) written preparation - setting objectives and criteria for evaluation, implementation in own teaching practice, presentation, 3) written self-reflection.

Informace učitele
The course requires active presentation in a group of students. Erasmus student: A student who has been awarded an ISP for the Erasmus+ programme studies independently according to the objectives, content and named outcomes in the course syllabus. They work towards the completion of an assignment. A student who has been awarded an ISP has the right to complete a compulsory or compulsory elective course outside the examination period, in the semester immediately following the semester in which he/she has studied or worked abroad. The student agrees with the teacher on the date of completion of the course.
