- Course objectives
- The selection of topics from the extensive issue of management theory with a focus on the specifics of management in health care and pharmaceuticals will be presented. Students will acquire basic knowledge, tools and techniques on specific managerial skills. The content subject includes basic management functions such as strategy, management, planning, organization, control personal and financial management. Selected best practices of management in health care with a focus on pharmacy, including marketing in pharmacy will be shared.
- Learning outcomes
- Completing the course, the student will be able to: develop business plans, make the decision in strategy management, marketing concepts. In addition, the student will be equipped with skills for personal management.
