Course objectives
The course consists in the first broader practical training in basic ethnographic methods, especially interviews and observations. It develops theoretical and practical experience acquired through the participation in the “Methods and Techniques of Ethnological Research”. It is implemented by teams under direct methodological leadership of a teacher, who participates in the field research.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to use basic ethnological research methods. They should be able to describe the basic phenomena researched.

The course consists in the first broader practical training in basic ethnographic methods, especially interviews and observations. It develops theoretical and practical experience acquired through the participation in the “Methods and Techniques of Ethnological Research”. It is implemented by teams under direct methodological leadership of a teacher, who participates in the field research.

At the end of the course students should be able to use basic ethnological research methods. They should be able to describe the basic phenomena researched.
