- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to introduce history and ideology of Croatian national movement in comparative perspective and by applying the theoretical frame based on conceptions of leading world specialists on the topic of formation of modern nations (Miroslav Hroch, Ernest Gellner, Benedict Anderson, Eric Hobsbawm and others).
- Learning outcomes
- Absolvent of this course will be able to characterize idealistic bases and individual stages of forming of modern Croatian nation and put the development of Croatian national movement into European context and corresponding theoretical frame.
