- The student publicly presents the results of their work at professional conferences (seminars) or in a scholarly journal (Musicology, Opus musicum, Acta musicologica, etc.) The student thus proves their knowledge and abilities within the framework of professional communication.

- Course objectives
- The course expands and deepens the professional profile of the doctoral student by presenting the results of their own research work in front of the professional forum. The presentation at the scientific conference is considered to be a means of professional communication and cooperation in the field of musicology.
- Learning outcomes
- A successful graduate will be able to:
- publicly present the results of their own expertise
- reliably orientate themselves in the field’s methodology
- self-reliably, creatively and scientifically work within a field context
- be prepared for the consulting and evaluatory function in the field of their own dissertation topic
- safely orientate themselves in the methodology of the field and in the presentation of their own research assignment - Syllabus
