Course objectives
The course is not being taught in the standart form; during consultations the student solves the actual problems and answers questions concerning the text, which is prescribed to translation.
At the end of this course, students should be able to translate and interpret Lucian`s texts in a correct way and they should also be well informed about his usage of syntax.

  • Reading, translating and thoroughly interpreting one of the Lucian`s dialogues according to student`s own choice.
