Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to understand the basic terminology of German morphology; to learn the basic classification of German parts of speech; to understand and use the paradigms of German flectional parts of speech; to learn the German noun and their variables: number, gender and case; to learn the German adjective and their variables: number and case; to learn the rules for comparison of adjectives; to learn the German pronoun, its types, paradigms and variables: number, gender, case resp. person; to know the paradigms and the basic rules for the use of the definite and undefinite article in German; to recognise the German unflectional parts of speech: preposition, conjunction, expletives and interjection.
