- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to help students through individual consultations with writing their diploma theses, especially when solving methodological problems and choosing the most suitable structure of work. The diploma thesis solves a partial technical problem corresponding to the type of study. The student must demonstrate the ability to work independently, to master the relevant literature and to analyze the material under study.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will learn the systematic work with specialized texts and they will learn how to orientate themselves in them. Furthermore, they will learn the critical reading of the specialized texts and they will be able to apply newly acquired theoretical knowledge to the primary research text or other language material they work with. Last but not least, they will prove their linguistic competence in Spanish in their own writing.
- Syllabus
- The aim of the diploma seminar is to help students complete their diploma thesis and prepare for its successful defense. The subject is organized individually, the process of elaboration of the diploma thesis and participation in the consultations are classified in the given semester by the grade “requirements fulfilled” or “requirements not fulfilled”.
